Does Lenovo offer free shipping?
Lenovo offers free shipping on all orders. You can also opt for expedited shipping during the checkout process, though keep in mind you'll need to pay for the faster shipping. Standard free shipping should arrive in 4 - 9 days, whilst expedited shipping show arrive in 1 - 4.
Can I get a Lenovo student discount?
Students and teachers can get a 5% discount on Lenovo laptops, smartphones, tablets & PCs when they verify with a valid ID.me account. The discount applies to selected models including the ThinkPad, Legion & IdeaPad laptops, and Legion, ThinkCentre & IdeaCentre desktops.
Is there a Lenovo trade-in service?
Yes, the Lenovo trade-in program lets you trade in your old devices to get discounts on new purchases. You can check the value of your device online to see how much credit you'll get before shipping anything out. Simply enter details about your device in to the online form to receive a quote.
Does Lenovo price match?
Lenovo's price protection scheme is the brand's equivalent of price match. If selected retailers are selling a Lenovo model, or Dell or HP computer of equivalent specifications, at a lower price than the one you see on the Lenovo website, they will match the lower price. You'll need to make sure the item is in stock with Lenovo and the rival retailer, and matches the specifications (i.e. graphics card, RAM, processor, operating system & screen size) exactly to qualify. Note that software, refurbished devices, sale items, and custom-built tech is exempt from the price match scheme.
Does Lenovo offer a warranty on its products?
Yes, most Lenovo products come with a warranty, and you can find out how long your warranty is on the Lenovo warranty check page. What's the Lenovo returns policy?
Lenovo offers free returns for its products within 30 days of the invoice. For outlet orders, return requests must be done within 14 days of the invoice. What to do if a coupon code doesn’t work
