I just ran across this site. I remember you when you first started out. Bgt a house and had chickens and was just starting to show up on TV shows. You sons have grown and you family looks great. Nice to see you are still in the food biz. Love your recipes. We don’t eat Asian food out, we make it at home. We have a tray with all our condiments. YEAH!!!!
Even made a tray for my daughter for her birthday, blew her a way. She love it.
Your books look very appetizing.

Hi. Am so hungry for egg rolls now. I’d like to get the free ebook but didn’t see the former you mentioned. Also. Do you have a sweet red dipping sauce for egg rolls? Thanks, judy.

making mooncakes presents a problem they do not keep the shape nor does the disk imprint stay but when baked it spreads. I bought a proper mold they taste quite lovely and are round any suggestions?

I’m looking for a simple but elusive recipe for a simple salad served at my local restaurant. It’s cabbage and thin sliced carrots (sometimes daikon) in a marinade that tastes like rice vinegar and sugar but probably some other spices. Can you help me??

Hi Rynda – If you can give me the name of the restuarant and city, I can look up their menu and see what the salad is — and then provide a recipe!
