Beneath the Cathedral of Manus Metyr
The Finger Ruins of Miyr is found beneath the Cathedral of Manus Metyr after ringing the second bell at the Finger Ruins of Dheo and examining the chair of Ymir. This moves the chair and opens a ladder underneath, giving you access to the Finger Ruins.
