I wanna give praise to one young man who made my day. ..they call him Mister GIBBS. He is the man to go to in the service department. Welcoming smile and very accommodating. I just drove into town due to an family emergency ...left the ECU Hospital and my HRV directly to the only Honda dealership in Greenville, NC. My poor car's oil indicator was at 10%. It was a sign of relief when Mr GIBBS, said that Barbour Honda Service can take me. We laughed and joked about his unique first name YINESSE....nickname, elliott 'NESS'. I got an oil change, car wash and my remote key fob batteries replaced...Now, that's service. Thank you, Mr YINESE GIBBS. More

SERVICE VISIT

Their shop messed up our transmission replacement. They are unwilling to respond to calls or take responsibility for issues. Putting $2,000 on the customer to pay out of pocket for their mistake. We will be going to Customer Relations regarding this business and their terrible business practices! Both the Service Manager (Ashley Andrews) and General Manager (Scott) have blantaly refused to call back after being told multiple times they would. We as a loyal service customer for atleast a year are being totally ignored. This is not okay!!! More
